Chair yoga returns on Tuesday afternoons to Harmony Yoga! Join Jane for an accessible yoga practice that’s healing, compassionate, encouraging, and fun! Chair yoga is a great class for anyone who’d like to develop a gentle yoga practice. It’s especially helpful for people living with chronic pain and illness, or physical injuries and limitations.

Prenatal yoga is stimulating, relaxing, and stress-releasing — pure bliss for the mama-to-be. You will be led through safe yoga poses, pelvic floor strengthening, breath awareness, and savasana. Yoga helps you to develop breathing and relaxation techniques for an easier and more comfortable labor.

Along with the movement of yoga, stories, songs, and games will be used to facilitate individual development for each child. Kids yoga fosters creativity, imagination and joyful expression while building strength, flexibility, and coordination throughout the body.
