Mondays, 1:30 – 2:30 pm (1-hour drop-in class).
In this safe one-hour class, we will explore simple yoga shapes, grounding, and breathing, and learn to make effective choices to help calm the body.
Along with the movement of yoga, stories, songs, and games will be used to facilitate individual development for each child. Kids yoga fosters creativity, imagination and joyful expression while building strength, flexibility, and coordination throughout the body.
This mindful practice will introduce you to meditation while incorporating deeper rest and relaxation through restorative yoga.
The practice of Somatic Yoga allows you to deepen your yoga practice as you regain freedom and length in your muscles.
Join Jane for an accessible yoga practice that’s healing, compassionate, encouraging, and fun! Chair yoga is a great class for anyone who’d like to develop a gentle yoga practice. It’s especially helpful for people living with chronic pain and illness, or physical injuries and limitations.
Core, Hips and Hammies strengthens the core and legs, and creates flexibility in the hips. Perfect for athletes, hikers, gardeners, and office workers.

During the cooler months, expect a nice, natural warmth in the room for gentler yoga styles like Yin and Restorative, and a bit more heat to compliment our Ashtanga, Harmony Flow and Warm Flow classes.
