In this safe one-hour class, we will explore simple yoga shapes, grounding, and breathing, and learn to make effective choices to help calm the body.
This mindful practice will introduce you to meditation while incorporating deeper rest and relaxation through restorative yoga.
The practice of Somatic Yoga allows you to deepen your yoga practice as you regain freedom and length in your muscles.
Core, Hips and Hammies strengthens the core and legs, and creates flexibility in the hips. Perfect for athletes, hikers, gardeners, and office workers.
We now feature infrared heaters in our studio! During the cooler months, expect a nice, natural warmth in the room for gentler yoga styles like Yin and Restorative, and a bit more heat to compliment our Ashtanga, Harmony Flow and Warm Flow classes.
