Though simple yoga and mindfulness practices, students will learn self-regulation techniques that support better management of stress, trauma, addictions, depression and anxiety.

Are you curious about traditional yoga and want to develop a deeper understanding? The Intro to Ashtanga series will give you a strong foundation in posture alignment, posture names, breath and movement. A brief background of Ashtanga history and philosophy will also be presented.

Prenatal Yoga

Tuesdays, 11:30 – 12:45 pm.
Prenatal yoga is stimulating, relaxing, and stress-releasing — pure bliss for the mama-to-be. You will be led through safe yoga poses, pelvic floor strengthening, breath awareness, and savasana. Yoga helps you to develop breathing and relaxation techniques for an easier and more comfortable labor.
