The morning session offers a led primary with Geoff MacKenzie, authorized level 2 teacher. The afternoon session is a posture development workshop, featuring a student-led inquiry into any and all areas of the practice where we encounter difficulty.

Are you curious about traditional yoga and want to develop a deeper understanding? The Intro to Ashtanga series will give you a strong foundation in posture alignment, posture names, breath and movement. A brief background of Ashtanga history and philosophy will also be presented.
Need a refresher on Sun Salutations to get ready for our upcoming 108 Sun Salutations event? In this yoga clinic, our YTTs will lead you through a detailed breakdown of Sun Salutations. Explore the fundamentals of yoga through an introduction to the breath, body awareness, postural alignment, and muscle engagement.
Come and support our YTTs as they guide you through 108 Sun Salutations. The 108 Sun Salutations will be broken up into three sets of 36, with a mini savasana after each set. Do one set, two sets, or all three! This powerful experience will stretch you and leave your yoga practice changed. It’s an incredible way to detox both physically and mentally, all while supporting a great cause.
