We are making the following schedule changes for March as we continue to tweak our class offerings for you. Always check our schedule to confirm times and for more details.
- Building Resiliency with Bonnie on Mondays from 1:30 – 2:30 pm
- On Fridays, Restorative and Meditation with Bonnie moves forward slightly on the schedule at 7:00 – 8:15 pm, making it the perfect way to begin unwinding for your weekend.
- Meditation with Bonnie on Sundays from 7:15 – 7:45 am, and
- Mysore with Deb on Sundays from 8:00 – 9:30 am.
