We are making the following schedule changes for May as we continue to tweak our class offerings for you. Always check our schedule to confirm times and for more details.
- Stephanie Rose will be offering Gentle Flow on Mondays from 12:00 – 1:00 pm, and will also be subbing for Jane for Chair Yoga on Tuesdays from 2:00 – 3:15 pm.
- Erin Ralph and Rhonda Ferguson will be offering a FREE Community Class on Tuesdays from 12:00 – 1:00 pm. This is a great class if you are new to yoga!
- Deb is offering a new format for Friday Ashtanga, which will be a half-led class and half-workshop from 6:30 – 8:00 am. Experience the transformative power of the Primary Series guided by the teacher in the first half of the class; and then workshopped in the second half for those difficult postures. We welcome students with a sound foundation in sun salutations and standing postures. Come and enjoy the early morning practice with coffee served afterwards.
- We have new start times for Saturday morning classes to let you enjoy your practice and get out in the sun earlier! Ashtanga Fusion is now 9:00 – 10:30 am, and Ashtanga Basics is now 11:00 am – 12:15 pm.
