A Practice of Remembering
Cultivating Embodiment and Renewal with Yin Yoga
with Carly Forest
When: Sunday, January 28th, 2018
Where: Harmony Yoga and Wellness Center, 360 Duncan Street, Duncan, BC
The ritual of a daily practice offers us the possibility of greater connection to ourselves and our inner worlds, regardless of circumstances and conditions. The practice of yin yoga can be an excellent training ground in learning to include whatever we encounter in our lives as transformative fuel for our evolution.
This three-hour practice will be focused on how we can approach our practice as a ritual of renewal and a daily opportunity to soften our hearts, open our minds, release stagnation and tension, and grow our resilience.
Both beginners and seasoned practitioners are welcome.
Cost: $55 + GST
