In this workshop, Corine will talk about the importance of maintaining pelvic health for the rest of your life, especially in the prevention of prolapse and incontinence. We will cover the anatomy of the pelvis, and the important role played by all the intricate muscles and organs in maintaining pelvic health.
Corine will introduce you to pelvic floor preservation, including daily habits and exercises such as hypopressive exercises, so that you will leave with the tools to help you maintain pelvic health.
