Though simple yoga and mindfulness practices, students will learn self-regulation techniques that support better management of stress, trauma, addictions, depression, and anxiety. No hands-on assists in this class.

A Somalila workshop weaves together three practices: a slow Somatic exploration, lightly guided movement, and profound stillness in Yoga Nidra. practice — a time to explore our deepest heartfelt desires and ways to engage the skills inside ourselves to support them.

This workshop offers a sacred time to pause, unmask, and steep in self-care, our time together will be balanced between Yang and Yin: daily meditations, morning Yang and afternoon Yin yoga practices, wisdom teachings with individual and group reflections.
