Join Heather Ferris and Gary Greenstein for this series to help relieve anxiety and depression.

Please sign up and commit to attend weekly and do daily practices during February. Experience some freedom from habitual ways of being and set up conditions for a future free from anxiety, depression and other forms of suffering using mindfulness meditation.

To get the best results please refrain from using mind-altering substances three days before the weekly session and completely throughout February.
