BC has issued a government-mandated shutdown for restaurants, bars and all indoor fitness including yoga, until April 19th.

), effective Monday 29th at Midnight. This is as a result of a spike in cases, and not any cases relating directly to studios or fitness facilities.
We have been following all protocols and have maintained a safe, clean space with no exposures. We have worked hard to build your trust through this past year and we will continue to support you all as best we can through the shutdown and adhere to the provincial guidelines.
Our in-studio classes are postponed. We will be adding online classes. which always includes a recording so you’re free to practice when it suits your schedule. If you’re new or reluctant to try online, we get it! But what we have found is that it’s a great way to support mind-body and keep your practice alive. We need our self-care and practice now more than ever. Keep showing up for yourself. We encourage you to try the online classes.
Workshops: Please stay tuned for updates on our scheduled workshops.
Passes: If you have an unlimited membership, you can join online OR if you are not taking online, we will adjust your pass when we re-open in April. No stress.
