Interested in the Mysore method of learning Ashtanga yoga?
Join Anne-Marie to learn the fundamentals of the Ashtanga yoga practice in a slow, safe, and comprehensive manner. In this four-week course, students will learn sun salutations and the fundamental standing postures, breathing techniques, philosophy of the Ashtanga yoga system, and the Mysore-style approach to learning.
Etiquette and frequently asked questions will be covered to make your transition into the Mysore room smooth and comfortable.
All levels are welcome. Bring your questions and your curiosity!
