I have been practising yoga here and there for a few years but really fell in love with a daily practice this year. After completing my Bachelors of Science, I was left with a large empty space in my life. Feeling lost I came home to my mat and the embracing arms of Deborah and the Harmony Yoga community.
I began to regain a balance in my life and to truly experience the journey that we travel every day. I completed the 200-hour teacher training in June 2015 and am deeply honoured to be joining the Harmony Yoga family.
Other than yoga, here is a little bit about me. I love the outdoors – who doesn’t when we live in a truly magical place such as Vancouver Island? I want to travel more – I spend a good amount of time in Mexico (my home away from home), but have many other places on my list of must-sees. And most importantly, I am a huge animal nut (I may have 7 dogs). So if you haven’t met me yet, I will be the one with all the white dog fur on my black yoga pants!
Remember to breathe and enjoy the journey – see you on the mat!
