On the last Sunday of October we will gather into a deeply held space to “close the door of speech and open a secret way to the world of silence” – Rumi. During our three hour Yin journey – at a time when the veil between this world and the next becomes most delicate – we will give ourselves an opportunity to settle and re-fill while touching the beautiful ache and healing grief that can accompany loss.
Focussing on this intention, teachings will be woven sparingly throughout a wisely-crafted sequence of Yin asanas, explored for a longer, more deeply transformational time.
This workshop is open to those steeped in at least ten Yin practices*, to allow us to surrender into a silence free of propping cues and internal guidance, allowing us to sink more deeply into the depths of our practice and ourselves.
