In our Core, Hips and Hammies class, create space in the hip joints, lengthen and strengthen the hamstrings, and build core strength. A perfect class for runners, cyclists, hikers, gardeners, and office workers. This class offers detailed alignment instructions and uses the breath and mind to work through poses that will create space and opening in your body. Accessible to all levels.
