Building Resiliency: A Trauma-Informed Series

Session 2: Thursdays, Oct 11th, 18th, & 25th, 1:30 – 2:30 pm (3 classes)

Though simple yoga and mindfulness practices, students will learn straightforward self-regulation techniques, practices that aid in building capacity for confidence, calming and feeling at home in our bodies, and supporting better management of stress, trauma, addictions, depression and anxiety.
Join Bonnie Williamson, yoga teacher and clinical counsellor in this trauma-informed series of 4 classes emphasizing safety, choice-making and embodiment of self. Beginners are welcome. There will be no hands-on assists in these classes.
