Friday Workshop, 7:00 – 9:00 pm, Ashtanga Yoga: Inside-Out
Dive into the subtle, invisible forms of vinyasa practice: breath pattern; outward gaze; inner vision. Layering these forms deeply into the posture practice, we can explore possibilities for greater ease, fluidity and strength in our movements, and longevity in practice.
Saturday Mysore Class, 7:00 – 9:00 am
Saturday Workshop, 1:30 – 4:30 pm, Technique Clinic
A student-led enquiry into any and all areas of the practice where we encounter difficulty; an open forum in which to share your struggles and let the solutions bubble up from the collective.
Sunday Mysore Class, 6:30 – 8:30 am
Sunday Workshop, 12:30 – 3:30 pm, Polarity in the Practice: Balancing Maculine/Feminine
Examine the roles of Masculine and Feminine energy in your practice. Where are we required to be purposeful and penetrating? When must we soften, yield and be more playful? How do we avoid over-emphasizing one or the other? Let’s find out!

Geoff has been practicing yoga asana since 1998, and following the Ashtanga Yoga method exclusively since 2004. He has been a direct student of the Jois family since 2006, and has been Authorized at Level 2 by his teacher, R. Sharath Jois, Director of the KPJAYI in Mysore, India. Breath/mind/body awareness, effective vinyasa methodology, and hands-on assistance in key postures are all foundational component of his classes.
