3/30/2020: Online Classes!

We are looking forwards to offering our classes online and finding a way to gather again!
March Yoga Workshop
This is new terrain and a unique challenge for most of us so we will appreciate your patience through this transition. We expect a few bumps and maybe even some extra giggles in class as we all kind our footing together.
We are offering live classes and meditations and more on Zoom and Facebook live. Zoom has been experiencing trouble supporting all the new traffic so we are testing both platforms out and seeing which is best suited.
We’ll help you through each step of the way! We will let you know with clear instructions how you sign-in and join each class and which platform they are offered on.
If you haven’t already you can also subscribe to our Youtube channel. We will be uploading tutorials and short sequences to help you deepen your home practice!
How do I register and attend classes?
You can view our schedule online. We are slowly rolling out more classes so please keep checking back!
To attend a class:
  1. Follow this link to Sign into MBO online and select which class you would like to register in. Once you log into your account you will be able to see current passes or you will be prompted to purchase a new class or pass. If you’re having trouble accessing your account, please email us.
  2. Please sign up at least 1 hour before class (though the earlier the better). You can attend the class live OR access it later in the day
  3. We will email all registered students instructions and links on how to access your classes (you can see Zoom and FB live instructions below) 30 mins before class.
  4. Enjoy your practice!
We are all in this together! If technology makes you squirm, take deep breaths and know that we are here to support and help you as best we can!
Zoom Instructions: Zoom is an online video streaming service. We set up classes and using your unique link and password you are able to join.
  1. Register for class on Mindbody AT LEAST 30 mins before class begins so you can receive the link on time.
  2. You will be sent a link and password that’s unique to you.
  3. Enter the meeting with your microphone on MUTE
  4. Zoom meeting room will open 15 minutes prior to class to ensure everyone is technologically sound. This will be your opportunity to ask for tech help.
  5. Keep yourself muted until the very end of class.
Facebook Live Instructions: We have created private groups on Facebook where you can access our live- streamed classes.
  1. Register for class on Mindbody AT LEAST 30 mins before class begins so you can receive the link on time.
  2. You will be sent a link to a private group on Facebook, which you will need to request to join.
  3. The video will be streamed live and available to re-watch throughout the day.
Starting this Wednesday ( April 1rst): Spring Detox with Fiji on Facebook live
Join Fiji Wednesday mornings in April from 10am-11am for an invigorating asana practice that will focus on shifting from the heaviness winter in the the fluidity of Spring. Each class will incorporate dynamic asana and pranayama to clear away the residue that builds up in the physical, energetic, and mental body. The room will be warm and you will leave feeling cleansed from the inside out!
Online Yoga With Asrael
Join Asrael Thursdays 10:30 am-noon. Flow with your breath. Connect with your spirit. Move into your being. These classes are great for all levels of yogi, offering a challenge to those more experienced, yet very accessible to the beginner. Flowing at times, we learn to be with our breath, our body, and our thoughts as we melt into the asanas. Experiencing the moment, opening the heart and the mind, and accepting the energy of being where we are, at the same time creating strength, stamina, and flexibility. Always infused with spirit and bliss, and lots of smiles:) Yoga poses, pranayama, and relaxation are all experienced in these classes.
Depending on the day we may go deep into a physical practice, or we may melt into something more restorative/nourishing.

Ashtanga Fusion With Deb
Join Deb Saturdays 9:15 am – 10:30 am for a warming practice of poses to strengthen and open the body, linked by the breath. Based on the Ashtanga Primary Series, this class includes sun salutations, strong standing poses, and breathwork.
